PricewaterhouseCoopers' Systems and Process Assurance (SPA) group organizes around industries to share the latest research and points of view on emerging industry trends, develop industry-specific performance benchmarks based upon global best practices, and share methodologies and approaches in complex areas such as financial instruments and tax provisioning. In addition, our network is available to collaborate on accounting or technical issues unique to a particular industry, especially when interpretive guidance is needed. SPA is primarily responsible for providing the controls focus to all of our engagements, including our Integrated Audits. SPA professionals provide relevant knowledge in the area of Information Technology General Controls which form the foundation of any complex IT environment, as well as understand and evaluate the controls over Business Processes that range from manual reconciliations to highly complex systematic controls that require specialized expertise. Since the diversity of our practice allows us to leverage the existing skill sets individuals possess, SPA professionals hold degrees in a variety of disciplines, including Accounting/MIS, MIS/Finance, and Computer Science, among others.

Job Description: The Manager in Training program is a blended learning program focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of managing a multi-million dollar business for Abercrombie & Fitch. Training takes place in all of our domestic and international store locations. Each week of training focuses on a different aspect of running the business. Every trainee will learn about different principles of management, including store operations, recruiting, diversity, creating the best in-store experience, human resources, stockroom systems and visual merchandising. In addition to meeting other associates, the trainee will also interact daily with the Store Manager and at least weekly with the District Manager. The Store Manager and the District Manager will facilitate coaching sessions as well as conduct weekly assessments and performance evaluations. The trainee must successfully complete the training program to be moved into an Assistant Manager role.

Job Description: The District Sales Leader Sales Associate role is designed as a 12 month leadership training program. As a DSL Sales Associate, you will receive a customized on-boarding plan to assimilate and assure skill transfer in preparation for a District Sales Leader position. You will learn the route system and base skills of the District Sales Leader position. You will gain exposure to the key players and functions across the Area Business Team. The training and assimilation for this position involves 3 - 6 months route level work to learn the business and demonstrate proficiency prior to leading the district. The job is in a physical work environment with varying length work days/schedule. You will share responsibility for all aspects of managing a sales district of 10-12 route salespersons ("RSR’s") with varying levels of experience and education. Each District Sales Leader leads a $5 - $7 million dollar business. You will be responsible for administrative and technical support, as well as facilitating information. The DSL Sales Associate must manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The DSL Sales Associate must be able to analyze situations accurately taking effective action under narrow time constraints. Employer check in & breakfast is from 7:30 - 8:30 and student sign-ups are 8:30 - 10:00. The interviews will be conducted from 10:00 -3:00. This event provides you the opportunity to market your school system on campus and identify potential employees who are majoring in the College of Education.

STUDENTS: Student Check-in will be in front of Ferguson Theater starting at 7:00-8:15am. Announcements will be made in the theater beginning at 8:15am. Then you will line up according to the order (Major) that you checked in to sign up for interviews from 8:30am - 10am. Interviews will be conducted from 10:00am - 3:00pm. You can submit your resume to a school system through your CrimsonCareers account if you meet the qualifications that they are requiring.
